The stones energies are conducted by the Water into your energy field in a very different way than holding or wearing your stones. As you may know, our bodies are made of upward of 60% water. By charging your bath water with the stones of your choice, the absorption of their energies happens on a level many have not felt before.
I have created a few N R GEE Stone Bathing Recipes for you in hopes that they may help you stay calm, strong and powerful during these challenging times. Caring for ourselves helps us and everyone else around us. We are all connected. Raising your vibration, lifts us all up!

The Recipes
I use the term recipe very loosely. The most important part of selecting your stones is tuning into your body, your higher self, and trusting your intuition to guide you. The recipes are selections of stones that I and many others who've had great success with, in each of the areas indicated.You can include all of them or just a few of them.
They are a great place to start. Think of them as an arrow pointing you in the direction to begin your exploration. We will each connect to their energies very differently. Take your time and enjoy your journey and of course, your bath!
